Chicken Lugaw Mix
An all-in-one chicken seasoning for creating delicious and delectable lugaw (or rice porridge). Can produce large containers of ready-to-eat porridges.
Direction for Use
Cook 1kg ordinary rice and 1 cup malagkit rice in 15-20 liters of water. Adjust ratio according to the target volume.
Add one pack of Chicken lugaw mix (300g) and mix.
Stir to dissolve and cook. Service with optional toppings like chicken, fried garlic, spring onion, or malunggay.
