Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • Elufa Cocoa Powder

  • Elufa Chocolate Flavorplus

  • Elufa Vanilla Flavorplus

  • Optionally, Elufa Mocha Flavorplus

  • 200g chocolate chips

  • ½ cup butter

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • ½ All-purpose Flour

  • 1 tbsp salt

Procedure

  1. Melt and combine in a pan butter and chocolate chips. Combien ingredients well

  2. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, white sugar, 1 tbsp of Elufa Chocolate Flavorplus or optionally, Elufa Mocha Flavorplus for a hint of coffee flavor.

  3. Mix well before combining the butter and chocolate chip mixture.

  4. Transfer to a baking pan and place in a preheated oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips or almonds as a topping.

  5. Bake in a preheated 180C oven

  6. Take it out of the oven once the brownies rise and baked all the way through.

  7. Let it cool, then serve.
